We offer regenerative protocols that may help modulate immune system overactivity. Paired with gut, hormone, and nutritional support, these protocols help restore internal balance.

How can White Glove Wellness® support my joint health?

Our biologic joint protocols aim to calm inflammation and support tissue regeneration, improving comfort and mobility naturally.

Can White Glove Wellness® health support protocols relieve me of my pain?

Our regenerative approach may help reduce inflammation and improve function, which often leads to reduced pain. However, staying pain-free long-term often requires strategic lifestyle shifts, including diet, supplements, and root-cause analysis—all built into our programs.

How can White Glove Wellness® support my cognitive health?

Through brain-targeted protocols, executive coaching, hormone balancing, and biologic IVs, we help enhance clarity, focus, and neurological resilience.

Our sexual wellness protocols help address circulation, hormonal balance, and pelvic vitality in both men and women, without the use of pharmaceutical agents.

Science, Biologics & Advanced Modalities

What’s the difference between stem cell therapy in Panama and stem cell allografts with White Glove Wellness®?

Panama uses expanded, live stem cells which are not FDA-approved in the U.S. White Glove Wellness® uses compliant, acellular allografts and exosomes—rich in growth factors and signaling proteins—that stimulate natural regeneration legally and safely.

How do biologics downregulate inflammation?

Biologics deliver powerful anti-inflammatory cytokines, scaffold proteins, and growth signals to help calm overactive immune responses and promote tissue healing.

Does White Glove Wellness® offer gene therapy?

Yes. At our exclusive international clinic in Roatán, Honduras, we provide access to cutting-edge gene therapy not available in the U.S. This powerful modality is designed to activate regenerative and restorative pathways on a genetic level.

What are exosomes, and why are they important?

Exosomes are tiny extracellular vesicles that act as messenger packets between cells. They carry proteins, RNA, and lipids that help regulate inflammation, repair, and cellular communication. Our biologics contain trillions of exosomes, amplifying the body’s ability to heal and regenerate naturally.

Where do your biologics come from?

Our biologics are derived from ethically donated perinatal tissues, including:
•    Wharton’s Jelly (umbilical cord tissue)
•    Placental tissue

All donations undergo rigorous screening and are processed in FDA-registered, AATB-accredited laboratories with full sterility and potency testing.

What is the age of the biologics you utilize?

We use perinatal-derived tissues, which represent some of the youngest and most vibrant sources of regenerative material available. Compared to older adult-derived cells (such as from fat or bone marrow), perinatal tissues contain a far greater concentration of growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes, which makes them uniquely powerful for wellness support.

Are regenerative biologics the same as PRP (platelet-rich plasma)?

No. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) is derived from your own blood and contains growth factors, but at much lower concentrations. Perinatal-derived regenerative biologics contain far higher levels of growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes, creating a richer signaling environment for whole-body wellness.

How are regenerative biologics sourced?

Our regenerative biologics are derived from ethically donated perinatal tissues, specifically Wharton’s Jelly (umbilical cord tissue) and placental tissue.
•    Planned, Healthy Births: The highest quality tissue comes from healthy, full-term, planned C-section deliveries. Planned C-sections allow medical teams to maintain sterility, protect the integrity of the cord and placenta, and ensure the tissue is collected immediately after birth with no stress or trauma to mother or baby.
•    Integrity of the Cord: Preserving the umbilical cord intact is critical because it ensures the Wharton’s Jelly is not degraded, compressed, or exposed to contaminants. This maintains the natural richness of growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes.
•    Ethics & Consent: Mothers volunteer to donate this tissue after delivery, providing full informed consent. The birth experience is unaffected, and the tissue would otherwise be discarded as medical waste if not donated.
•    Screening & Testing: Donors undergo comprehensive medical, lifestyle, and infectious disease screening to guarantee safety and quality.

The result: biologics with the youngest, most vibrant regenerative profile, collected and processed under the highest safety and ethical standards.

How are exosomes sourced?

Exosomes are tiny vesicles naturally released by regenerative tissues. In our biologics:
•    They are collected during the processing of perinatal and placental tissue (Wharton’s Jelly + placenta).
•    Processing is performed in FDA-registered, AATB-accredited laboratories using advanced purification methods to preserve exosome potency.
•    Each batch undergoes sterility and potency testing to verify safety and consistency.

This process ensures the exosomes we use are highly concentrated, biologically active, and safe — delivering trillions of messenger packets that direct repair and reduce inflammation.

Why use perinatal and placental tissues instead of adult sources?

Perinatal tissues (umbilical cord and placenta) are biologically unique. They:
•    Contain the highest concentration of growth factors, cytokines, and exosomes found in nature.
•    Are naturally younger and more vibrant, without age-related cellular damage or inflammatory markers present in adult sources (like fat or bone marrow).
•    Provide a richer signaling environment for wellness and longevity than older adult-derived biologics.

This makes perinatal tissues the gold standard for acellular regenerative biologics.

Are embryonic or fetal tissues ever used?

No. White Glove Wellness® does not use embryonic or fetal tissue in any of our protocols. All biologics are derived exclusively from consented perinatal donations following live, healthy, full-term births.

Wellness Lifestyle & Destination Access

What are the benefits of White Glove Wellness® resort partnerships?

Our international resort partners, including Chenot destinations, offer clients the opportunity to receive protocols in a relaxed, elevated state of wellbeing. This enhances physiologic results, supports stress reduction, and promotes greater integration of regenerative protocols.
