Your Role as a White Glove Wellness® Provider
As a contracted provider, you may:
- Deliver non-pharmaceutical health support protocols
- Work with individuals focused on longevity and vitality

Professional Requirements
To be considered, applicants must have:
- Active, unrestricted licensure as NP, PA, MD, or ND
- Current malpractice insurance with minimum $3 million coverage
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Professional presentation aligned with upscale clientele
- Willingness to travel (preferred)
- Multi-state licensure (strongly preferred)

No. White Glove Wellness® providers operate on a part-time or contract basis, allowing flexibility and integration with an existing practice or professional commitments.
Do I need to carry my own malpractice insurance?
Yes. All providers must maintain active malpractice insurance with a minimum of $3 million in coverage.
Where are services delivered?
Services are provided in private residences, luxury communities, and select wellness settings, depending on client needs and geographic availability.
Is this insurance-based or cash-based?
White Glove Wellness® does not operate within insurance billing models. All services are provided privately through our wellness ecosystem.
Are these medical treatments?
White Glove Wellness® delivers non-pharmaceutical health support protocols focused on wellness, longevity, and functional optimization. Providers operate within established protocols and compliance guidelines.
Is travel required?
Travel is preferred but not mandatory. Providers with the ability to travel and/or hold multi-state licensure are strongly preferred.
How are providers selected?
Applications are reviewed by our clinical and compliance teams. Acceptance into the provider network is selective and invitation-based.
