Last Updated: 06/03/2026
Welcome to White Glove Wellness®. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the White Glove Wellness® website, online forms, educational materials, concierge communications, scheduling support, wellness coordination services, and related digital resources.
By visiting this website, submitting information, requesting a consultation, scheduling a call, purchasing services, enrolling in a program, or communicating with White Glove Wellness®, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or submit information through it.
These Terms are intended to apply to the website and general digital services of White Glove Wellness®. Additional agreements, disclosures, consent forms, intake forms, membership terms, wellness credit terms, practitioner consents, financing documents, or service-specific documents may also apply.
1. Important Medical Notice
White Glove Wellness® is not an emergency medical provider.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency department.
Do not use this website, email, text messaging, online forms, concierge communications, or scheduling tools for urgent or emergency medical needs.
Information provided through this website is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or reverse any disease or medical condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
You should consult with your physician, primary care provider, specialist, or another qualified licensed healthcare provider regarding any medical condition, symptoms, diagnosis, medication, treatment plan, procedure, supplement, lifestyle change, or health support protocol.
2. About White Glove Wellness®
White Glove Wellness® is a concierge wellness coordination company that provides education, scheduling support, service navigation, and access to select wellness services and independent licensed practitioners.
Depending on location, eligibility, availability, practitioner review, and applicable law, White Glove Wellness® may help coordinate access to services such as:
Longevity and wellness consultations;
Executive health coaching;
Laboratory panel coordination and review support;
Hormone and inflammatory marker panel review coordination;
Regenerative wellness education;
Biologic health support protocol coordination;
Skin, scalp, joint, cognitive, immune, lung, and systemic wellness support protocols;
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy coordination;
Wellness modalities;
Health optimization education;
Podcast, research, blog, and educational content;
Concierge scheduling and client support.
White Glove Wellness® does not replace your physician, hospital, primary care provider, specialist, emergency provider, or licensed medical clinic.
Certain services may be provided by independent licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, medical practices, wellness providers, laboratories, imaging centers, suppliers, or other third-party providers. White Glove Wellness® may assist with education, coordination, logistics, and concierge support, but clinical decisions are made by the applicable licensed provider.
3. No Medical Advice From Website Content
Website content, blog articles, research summaries, podcast episodes, videos, social media posts, email newsletters, service descriptions, and other educational materials are provided for informational purposes only.
Unless you are receiving direct guidance from a licensed healthcare provider within a valid provider-patient relationship, nothing on this website should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a personalized medical recommendation.
Educational content may discuss general concepts related to wellness, longevity, inflammation, recovery, functional medicine, regenerative health support, biologics, diagnostics, performance, quality of life, and proactive health strategies. Such content is not a guarantee that any service is appropriate for you or will produce any particular outcome.
4. Practitioner Relationship
White Glove Wellness® may coordinate access to independent licensed practitioners or partner medical offices. A provider-patient relationship is created only when a licensed healthcare provider accepts you as a patient and provides professional services within the scope of that provider’s license and clinical judgment.
White Glove Wellness® does not control the independent medical judgment of any physician, nurse practitioner, medical office, laboratory, imaging center, pharmacy, supplier, or other third-party provider.
White Glove Wellness® is not responsible for the diagnosis, treatment decisions, prescriptions, procedures, clinical documentation, informed consent process, medical records, follow-up recommendations, or professional conduct of independent providers or third-party medical offices.
You are responsible for maintaining your own relationship with your primary care physician and appropriate specialists.
5. Eligibility
To use this website or request services through White Glove Wellness®, you must:
Be at least 18 years old;
Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
Be legally able to agree to these Terms;
Use this website and related services only for lawful purposes;
Be located in a jurisdiction where the requested services are available and lawful;
Meet any clinical, safety, legal, or eligibility requirements established by the applicable practitioner, provider, or service location.
Submitting a form, scheduling a call, completing an intake form, purchasing a package, or requesting a service does not guarantee that you will be approved for, eligible for, or able to receive any specific service, protocol, procedure, modality, lab panel, diagnostic review, or practitioner recommendation.
White Glove Wellness® and participating providers reserve the right to decline, delay, modify, or discontinue services when appropriate, including when services are unavailable, not clinically appropriate, not legally available, not safe based on the information provided, or outside the scope of the provider’s practice.
6. Availability of Services
Services may vary by location, practitioner, state law, product availability, clinical eligibility, and operational capacity.
Certain services may be available only in select states, at select partner locations, or through specific licensed providers. Some services may require in-person evaluation, medical history review, laboratory review, imaging, informed consent, practitioner approval, or additional screening.
White Glove Wellness® may change, add, pause, or discontinue services, pricing, packages, locations, or educational offerings at any time.
7. Telehealth and Virtual Communication
White Glove Wellness® may use phone, video, email, text message, online forms, secure portals, or other digital tools to communicate with clients, coordinate appointments, collect intake information, provide education, support coaching, and assist with service navigation.
Some consultations, follow-up conversations, coaching sessions, or practitioner communications may occur virtually where permitted by law.
Virtual communication has limitations. A provider may not be able to conduct a complete physical examination, directly observe certain clinical signs, or obtain all information that may be available during an in-person visit. A provider may recommend in-person care, emergency care, additional testing, or follow-up with your physician or specialist.
Electronic communications should not be used for emergencies.
8. Regenerative Wellness and Biologic Health Support
White Glove Wellness® may provide education and coordination related to regenerative wellness, biologic health support protocols, exosomes, Wharton’s jelly-derived products, umbilical cord-derived tissue products, allografts, platelet-rich plasma, stem cell-related education, and related wellness topics.
White Glove Wellness® does not claim that any regenerative wellness service, biologic product, protocol, procedure, or educational resource diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents, reverses, or mitigates any disease or medical condition unless expressly permitted by law and stated by a licensed provider within the scope of a valid provider-patient relationship.
Regenerative medicine, stem cell-related therapies, exosomes, tissue products, allografts, and related biologic products are subject to federal and state regulation. Certain services may be investigational, not FDA-approved for specific uses, or available only through appropriately licensed providers in select jurisdictions.
All such services are subject to practitioner evaluation, informed consent, eligibility, product availability, applicable law, and individualized risk-benefit review.
White Glove Wellness® does not guarantee any result, improvement, recovery, biological change, symptom reduction, performance improvement, pain reduction, disease outcome, or quality-of-life change.
9. Florida, Utah, and Other State-Specific Services
Certain advanced regenerative services may be available only in states or jurisdictions where applicable law permits such services and only through appropriately licensed providers.
Where a state-specific legal framework applies, the service may require additional disclosures, written informed consent, practitioner evaluation, medical documentation, product sourcing documentation, and other requirements.
White Glove Wellness® does not represent that services available in one state are available, lawful, appropriate, or identical in another state.
10. Diagnostics, Labs, Imaging, Wearables, and Health Data
White Glove Wellness® may coordinate access to laboratory testing, imaging, health assessments, wearable data review, questionnaires, intake information, and other wellness-related data.
Such information may be used to support education, service coordination, coaching, practitioner discussion, and wellness planning. It should not be considered a complete medical evaluation unless provided by a licensed healthcare provider within the scope of a provider-patient relationship.
You are responsible for sharing accurate and complete information, including current symptoms, diagnoses, medications, allergies, pregnancy status, implanted devices, prior surgeries, lab results, imaging, supplements, and relevant health history.
Wearable data and wellness questionnaires are not diagnostic tools and should not be relied upon as a substitute for medical evaluation.
11. Executive Health Coaching and Wellness Education
Executive health coaching, nutrition guidance, lifestyle education, hormone panel review coordination, inflammatory marker review coordination, and related wellness support are intended to provide education, accountability, and health optimization support.
Coaching and educational services do not replace medical care. Any medication changes, hormone therapy decisions, diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical intervention must be made by a licensed healthcare provider.
White Glove Wellness® does not guarantee weight loss, hormone normalization, disease reversal, performance improvement, or any specific health outcome from coaching or educational services.
12. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the website, submitting forms, scheduling calls, completing intake documents, or communicating with White Glove Wellness® or participating providers.
You agree not to omit or withhold information that may affect your safety, eligibility, provider recommendations, or service appropriateness.
You are responsible for reading all communications, disclosures, consent forms, service descriptions, practitioner instructions, payment terms, and follow-up recommendations.
You agree to seek emergency care when appropriate and to maintain care with your primary physician and specialists.
13. Payments, Wellness Credits, Financing, and Refunds
You agree to pay all fees associated with services, packages, programs, wellness credits, consultations, protocols, lab testing, diagnostics, modalities, third-party services, and other offerings that you purchase, authorize, or receive.
Pricing, service inclusions, membership terms, credit terms, promotional rates, financing terms, payment schedules, expiration rules, transferability rules, cancellation policies, and refund policies may be described in separate written agreements, invoices, checkout pages, membership documents, credit agreements, or financing documents.
Where a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls over these general website Terms for the subject matter it covers.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all purchases are private-pay and are not guaranteed to be reimbursable by insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, or any government healthcare program.
White Glove Wellness® does not guarantee insurance coverage, reimbursement, tax treatment, or financing approval.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, credit usage, credit expiration, reinstatement, transferability, and unused service terms are governed by the specific written terms applicable to the purchase.
14. Insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid
White Glove Wellness® is primarily a private-pay concierge wellness coordination company. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, White Glove Wellness® does not bill insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other government healthcare programs for services.
Some independent providers, labs, imaging centers, pharmacies, or medical offices may have their own billing practices. White Glove Wellness® is not responsible for third-party billing, coding, claims submission, coverage determinations, reimbursement decisions, denials, or patient balances.
You may be personally responsible for all amounts due for services you request, authorize, or receive.
15. Communications Consent
By submitting your contact information, scheduling a call, requesting information, enrolling in a service, completing an intake form, or communicating with White Glove Wellness®, you authorize White Glove Wellness®, its representatives, affiliates, participating practitioners, service providers, and technology vendors to contact you by phone, email, text message, portal message, or other communication methods regarding your inquiry, scheduling, services, education, account, payment, follow-up, and, where permitted, marketing.
You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is accurate and for monitoring communications from White Glove Wellness® and participating providers.
16. SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from White Glove Wellness® related to scheduling, appointment reminders, intake forms, service updates, educational information, account communications, payment reminders, follow-up, and promotional messages where permitted by law.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP or contacting White Glove Wellness® at [insert support email] or [insert phone number].
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
17. Email Newsletter and Marketing Communications
If you subscribe to the White Glove Wellness® email list or otherwise opt in to receive educational or marketing communications, we may send information about wellness, longevity, research, services, events, practitioner education, articles, podcasts, promotions, or related content.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting White Glove Wellness® directly.
Transactional, scheduling, payment, legal, or service-related communications may still be sent when necessary.
18. Privacy
Your use of this website and related services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
White Glove Wellness® may collect, use, store, and share information as described in its Privacy Policy, consent forms, service agreements, and applicable law.
Information may be shared with participating practitioners, partner medical offices, laboratories, imaging centers, suppliers, pharmacies, payment processors, scheduling platforms, customer relationship management systems, software vendors, professional advisors, and service providers as necessary to respond to inquiries, coordinate services, process payments, support operations, comply with law, or provide requested services.

23. Research, Educational Content, and Scientific References
White Glove Wellness® may reference scientific articles, clinical studies, public health resources, medical literature, educational commentary, practitioner insights, and third-party research.
Scientific and medical research evolves over time. References are provided for educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as proof, guarantee, FDA approval, medical advice, or confirmation that any service is safe, effective, appropriate, or available for a specific individual.
Any decision regarding a service, protocol, diagnostic test, supplement, procedure, or treatment should be made with a qualified licensed healthcare provider.
24. No Guarantees
White Glove Wellness® does not guarantee that any service, protocol, product, modality, coaching program, diagnostic review, consultation, practitioner referral, or educational resource will produce a specific result.
Individual responses vary based on age, health history, genetics, lifestyle, underlying conditions, medications, adherence, practitioner recommendations, product selection, and other factors.
Statements about wellness, vitality, recovery, optimization, inflammation, longevity, healthspan, performance, quality of life, or health support are not guarantees of individual outcomes.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, content, communications, and related online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Glove Wellness® disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted access, security, availability, or error-free operation.
White Glove Wellness® does not warrant that the website will be free of viruses, malware, technical issues, delays, interruptions, security incidents, or inaccuracies.

31. Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specified in a separate written agreement, these Terms and your use of the website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If a signed membership agreement, service agreement, financing agreement, practitioner consent, or other written document designates different governing law or venue, that separate agreement may control for the matters covered by that document.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, or your use of White Glove Wellness® online services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise or applicable law prohibits arbitration.
Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You agree not to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding against White Glove Wellness®.
This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property misuse, unauthorized access, confidentiality violations, or other urgent equitable matters.
Attorney review is required before publication to confirm arbitration provider, location, venue, consumer enforceability, class waiver language, and state-specific requirements.
33. Severability

34. No Waiver
Failure by White Glove Wellness® to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or any other right.
